I am looking for a beginners step aerobic dvd, that shows you all the types of different steps that will teach you so you can later combine them in a choreography or participate in a class and no what the heck they are doing, I need to learn the names as well as the moves, we don't have a beginners class where they teach you all the steps,I workout in a senior's class but am capable of learning more if I can find a dvd that will show me. Please Respond Thanks
