Please feel free to add your comments in any language This routine is fine, but it isn't very advanced. I understand that different gyms and different people have different standards for what is "advanced," and it's also important to understand advanced intensity vs advanced complexity, but this routine, while very definitely usable and useful for a beginning or intermediate class, doesn't really reach advanced status on either scale. For me, a truly advanced routine involves things like cross-phrasing, different directional approaches, timing changes (double time? half time?), several layers to get to the finished product, very few repetitions of each step, and so forth.
