This is an excellent routine. I was looking for suggestions as I have a to teach a step interval class. As the breakdown is soo very precise, I am able to add on power moves within each progression as the aerobic intensity increases. After breakdown number 5 I add arabesques toward the front of the step which I will continue for a minute to challenge anaerobic function and then reverse the routine to return to aerobic function.
